Our typical customer has 5 to 100 workstations, is a professional service business, and relies heavily on e-mail, the Internet, and their computer network for running their business. Our clients hire us to support their system because they do not want to incur the overhead and cost of a full-time IT staff, and they don't want to burden their employees with the responsibility of troubleshooting the company network. I have been interested in computers since childhood and spent my college years logging as many hours on the college's computers as I could getaway! Setting up my colleges' network, and then establishing a link between the colleges in Chicago that I attended piqued my interest in all computer-related activities. After taking a break when I finished college, I moved to New Jersey, and I found myself drawn back to the "challenge." I have since focused on giving people more than they expect in terms of service and site design. I love to learn, and the computer world allows me to do that! All of my knowledge is either School or self-taught or absorbed from friends/associates who are more knowledgeable in other computer-related areas. I love networking and web design, though often you'll find me at a client's home helping them with their computer problems. Running my business has allowed me the freedom to work when clients need me and yet not miss out on valuable family time. My kid thinks it's normal to have Daddy around working on computers during the night; I feel very fortunate. Please understand that I work with computers because I love to. I enjoy what I do, I enjoy working with my clients, and I would love the opportunity to earn your business!
